What programmes does TIIB offer?
Five shapes. Two-year Pearson BTEC Level 5 Higher National Diplomas, in Business and in Digital Technologies, which are the two main routes. Sixteen short TIIB Exclusive programmes, most of them four months, a few one week. Two one-year programmes. And one Level 3 diploma for students who do not yet meet Level 5 entry requirements. Thirty-two programmes in total.
Which specialisms can I choose?
The HNDs specialise inside two subjects. Business covers accounting and finance, entrepreneurship and small business management, human resource management, business management, marketing, and procurement and supply management. Digital Technologies covers cyber security, software development, data analytics, cloud networking, games and animation, artificial intelligence, and web and content management.
What is the difference between an HND and a TIIB Exclusive programme?
A Higher National Diploma is a two-year Level 5 qualification awarded by Pearson, worth 240 credits, and it is the same award whether you take it in Dubai or in the UK. A TIIB Exclusive programme is built here, runs for four months or one week, and is aimed at a single job or a single business idea. If you want a qualification that transfers into a degree, take the HND.
